Our research has centred around exceptional automation solutions designed to cut production costs (automation techniques, etc.)

Worth mentioning is our patented automatic palletising  system: “a unique process from the reel to the pallets”, which allows specific types of production to carry out complete production cycles without any manual intervention by the operator.

Apart from the new production solutions for standard and small-sized lines, BA.S.FF has also obtained considerable acclaim on international markets thanks to its latest innovation, represented by the bottom-welding SH-99 line purchased from an important Swedish manufacturer.

Working in line with the extruding device, the welding machine ensures an uninterrupted production cycle. This outstanding plant also allows for working in the traditional manner with one, two or three reels, just by turning the selector to choose either one of the production types.

Also to be stressed is the possibility of rendering the entire line mobile with user-friendly shifting from one extruding device to the other via a fluid handling system on wheels that guarantees easy installation, transport and operation.

The portfolio of BA.S.FF products also includes the SH-99 2P, which offers exceptional versatility and apart from the normal production, also allows for working with two printing reels with different printing pitches. In other words it is possible to simultaneously produce various types of bags in varying sizes and in different materials.

This line also consists of numerous patented systems.

The range of machines, consisting of three main lines, can be broken down to offer more than 25 different system combinations. We would remind you that for the installation of almost every single accessory available on the market  (various types of dies, perforators, transversal pre-cutters, supplementary welders etc.)   It is possible to implement the BA.S.FF lines with a MODULAR SYSTEM for all the working formats.

Some of the technical features offered by the SH-99 Thermo-welding line which comes in 8 working sizes and is present on both national and world markets with the consolidated satisfaction of all users:

-  production of one, two, three, four lanes (with one single reel);

-  longitudinal cut/seal and post-gusseting unit ;

-  welding guaranteed for materials of from 10 to 1000 microns without anymechanical intervention;

-  length of bags from 280 to 4000 mm and longer;

-  possibility of selecting 5 different types of pack extraction methods;

-  possibility of selecting 4 different types of folding methods according to the packaging requirements;

-  production of both neutral and printed materials;

- welding of material simply by using the keyboard to select;  HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, COEX, Polyethylene foam, 100% REGENERATED, Mixtures, Pluriboll, MATER BI, EVA;
