Contrary to the
actual trend , BA.S.FF
makes its machineries completely in Italy, without taking advantage of foreign production,
cheaper but penalizing the quality.
We
must remember that the machines sold, are always carried out under the supervision of the two
proprietors, Luciano Frosali and Enrico Barbaraci, who take part directly near the purchaser to guarantee
the seriousness, precision and care of details. This strategy has allowed to obtain
a high level of satisfaction and faithful customers.
Control
and Software System
The
BA.S.FF welders are equipped with PLC for the control of
movements. Computers governs the automatic and logical
functions.
Thanks to the adopted solutions, the machines can work completely on
their own, simple and in a reliable way. The BA.S.FF
welders are in a position to
work with a wide range of materials, also very critical, minimizing the
wastes.
The
Fair
The
final judgment on the Plast fair of Milan has been positive, on the amount
and quality of visitors, many coming from the growing markets like the
Russian, Rumanian and Turk.
Also numerous Italian customers, serious interested, of which many coming from
southern Italy, a geographic area in which has been found a quick
understanding market with new customers and consolidated the relationships already
existed. During the fair some contracts were signed,
considered as a sporadic event
The
machine that was exhibited was sold in
Greece,
a country in which BA.S.FF
is deeply rooted to. For these results
a fundamental contribution comes from the agents who have contributed with their professionality
giving force and success to the BA.S.FF
brand. Often, in fact,
it is not sufficient to have very good products if you don't have the
capacity to make them known. For this purpose BA.S.FF

In occasion of the Plast
Basff, BA.S.FF
has introduced HORUS thermo-welding. This machine has obtained the affirmation on the Italian and foreign
market for its up to date production, reliability and versatility
construction that helps to face the competitiveness of a changing market
in the best of ways, giving freedom to produce variation in real time; moreover the
quality / price allows to increase the performance and gain margins.
Simple
to use, reduced dimensions, essential maintenance, flexibility for every
production required are moreover some of the advantages that characterize the
HORUS line, designed to begin from a thorough analysis of the real necessities of the
customers. Finally, with this in view, the machine is predisposed for the allowance
of numerous accessories for the personalization of the production process and
available patent systems.
Line
for Precut
A
futher increase of the range of machineries has been designed, the LEM
model , that is a line for precut and welding either for the bottom or shopper
type. Also this machinery is known for its high applied
technology, solidity and
easy to use. Moreover it can work online with
an extruder, with a
printing machine or external table, equipping it of
a reel-holder
and
welding for bags wrapped on the cardboard
core.
LEM works independently and it does not need
some predisposition for production online with other machinery.
It is possible to change production without having to stop the machine for
re-arranging the data. The machine is equipped of personalized software available in several languages, it is produced in
the models from 800 to 2000 millimeters and has a lot of accessories.
Finally,
we remind you the historical lines for bottom welding: SH-99 covered by
patent, in 8
working models, able to weld practically every kind of materials.
An evolution of the shopper line LSH will be presented shortly.

with K 2007
The
next appointment is with the hall K 2007 in Dússeldorf. BA.S.FF
is getting ready with optimism and
the usual industrial philosophy, that until now, has been rewarding: to supply
