In order to produce shoppers and "open mouth" bags, the L.S.H. welding line is extremely flexible and can be adapted to a great variety of products types with different bag sizes and material thickness.

It's possible to regulate the most important production parameters without having to stop the machine in order to reset data.           

L.S.H. complies with all EC standards

L.S.H. is available in the following format widths:

 

-  F.   800

-  F. 1100

-  F. 1300

 

The basic version of L.S.H. consists of:

 

-  COMPLETE PERIPHERIC UNWINDING UNIT with a hydraulic system for reel lifting, an automatic device for end reel stopping, an automatic film-guiding device with photocell, a peripheral unwinder driven by a vectorial motor with an inverter for costant control of film unwinding.

 

-  SLIT/SEAL POST GUSSETING UNIT with a longitudinal slit/seal device and temperature control system, a multiple gusseter with motorized, inverter-controlled tow calenders, horizontal compensator complete with potentiometer for controlling film tensioning, a system for printing aligment, track conveyors.

 

-  COMPLETE WELDING MACHINE UNIT with servo-motor for film feeding, low-inertia film-compensation unit, photocell, printing-position adjustment, bag-stacking station, panel for driving and controlling all functions.

 

-  WELDING UNIT for shoppers and bottom welding, with welding bars and electronic temperature control.

 

-  AUTOMATIC PUNCHING UNIT with the possibility of interchanging punch types, automatic collection table with programmable intermittent translation.
