The upshot of BA.S.ff. experience, the LEM automatic line is the answer to all requirments concerning the manufacture of precut sheets or bags with bottom or shopper typ seal.    This machine also stands out in terms of high applied tecnology, sturdiness and ease of use.

LEM can be positioned: in line with extrude - in line with printing machine or out of line with reel carrier and rereeler for bags wound around cardboard cores.   The machine operates independently, meaning it does not require any presetting for production in line with other machinery.    Moreover, thanks to the system already used on other BA.S.FF. lines, it is possibile to regulate production changes ON LINE without having to stop the machine to reset data.

LEM is equipped with servodrive motors, industrial PLC with colour screen and digital keyboard, and outer test CHECK PANEL.    The machine also features personalised software available in various languages.

Seal thicknesses from 20x2 micron to 200x4 micron.    Work sizes from 800 to 2000 mm.   Accessories fitted on request.
