HORUS is an extremely compact automatic bottom welding machine with top level production performance.   It is able to weld a vaste range of materials (HD.PE-LD.PE-LLD.PE-MIXTURES-100% REGENERATED-MATER B) with thicknesses ranging from 10x2 to 150x4 microns and lengths from 200 mm to 3000 mm.

By simply varying the production data using the digital keyboard, it is possible to reset the machine, without having to shut it down.   In order to optimize packaging efficiency it is possible to select 5 different types of bundle extraction and up to 4 types of bag folds.    

HORUS is produced in 2 versions: with Collecting table with pinces and with Automatic collecting indexing table.   There are 4 working widths: 800 mm, 1100 mm, 1300 mm, 1500 mm.

HORUS is equipped with patented systems and: Servo drive motors, industrial PLC with color monitor, Digital keyboard, Self-Check panel for troubleshooting (Check Panel), possibility of storing and recalling up to 500 different jobs, personalized software which can be selected to the type of production, entire software package available in various languages.

HORUS is also designed to allow the addition of various attachments.
